This is a grounding meditation to help you connect to your roots. It's great to turn to this if you're feeling stressed, anxious or a bit spaced out. It's a seated meditation but you are welcome to lie down if you prefer. It's just under 14 minutes.
For the guided journey visualisations it helps to lie down and get really comfortable and cosy. Use pillows, blankets and an eye mask if you like. Headphones help too and make sure you won't be disturbed. You may receive messages or downloads from your guides and intuition during these so have a journal and pen nearby to jot down anything that comes to you following the journey.

It's great to turn to this if you're wanting to centre yourself, cleanse and replenish your whole being, explore self-healing and to discover your energetic gifts and abilities.
